~Gingerbread Houses~

Christmas music covered the background as we started our first annual gingerbread house tradition yesterday. Although a bit challenging, we had a good time constructing a house out of gram crackers/icing. 

 Justin and I don't have many childhood memories filled with tradition so things like kids decorating the Christmas tree,( even though we have 3 or 4 bulbs clustered on one branch throughout the tree) hot coco, making ornaments, doing advent centered activities, and gingerbread houses make this time in our family very special. These are the times that create lasting, loving, family moments I am thankful for! 

 I love Christmas time.
