We got some potatoes, carrots, onions, a grass fed beef chuck roast(pricey for sure,hopefully worth it), some organic tamales, and some sweet tea concentrate that is srump-dilly-umptous!
It was such a treat walking around sampling all the vendors and their homemade deliciousness. I even sampled some Indian food. What sold me on the tamales was they were so unique, some goat cheese/bean, spinach/zucchini, and chicken mole. Superb!
The experience lifted my spirit for sure, and just excites me for our garden possibilities next year. I can't wait to get our girls (chickens), and get that whole adventure started.
Yay for supporting local farmers and for a farmer market fun day.
