Continued from Part 1(if you haven't read it,you can read it by clicking on it).. I feel guilty because... We gave Gary away (course he's with Josiah who loves him so much) and We got another dog, a Dachshund puppy to be exact.
I feel guilty because it's been like 3 months since Gary went to a new home; and we gave him away because of his extreme marking issue. Now we have a little puppy who, isn't potty trained, cries at night, wants to be held non-stop, BUT is the CUTEST little thing! I COULDN'T HELP MYSELF! She was the runt of the litter.
Justin named her, GiGi. For our children's initials Graysen Isaiah and Gwyneth Isabel. She fits right in, so lovable, she hops around like a little bunny. Her legs are so stubby, she trips over her tiny cute furry paws. She follows whoever's feet catches her sight first..although, I wonder if she's a little blind, I will throw a ball or cheerio, and its like she doesn't see it, I could be throwing things too high.
So I gave away a dog, and got a PUPPY which is more of a responsibility. HA! I think what really sold me was, my stepmother, Dora had one when I was little her name was Gida. I couldn't stand her only because she ATE my pet chicken. But Having GiGi, gives me a sense of familiarity, and I like it.
I know it's not going to be easy, but I've already said, I WILL NOT give Gigi away. I can't feel bad for abandoning any MORE Doggies.
PS: I did/do still love Gary..
Here she is, Miss GiGi :
Look at that face!!! We got her last Sunday.
So that's it... This was my Vday present, and I felt bad about it. Not anymore, cuz I came clean. I love(sorry didn't tell you sooner!) you Lady Pink!
Gigi is already adjusting well, and we love her! Haaaaappy Valentines Day!
